Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
Target Customer Base
ASIC/FPGA Hardware & Software developers, Electronics Systems product development teams, and
Embedded Software Engineering teams within North America
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Virtual (Central or Mountain Time zones preferred)
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
Travel: Limited travel (< 5%)

Job Description
Account development focused on understanding the decision makers within each account
Contact leads to further qualify for training course opportunities
Identify opportunities to grow the share of accounts by providing added value and a wider breadth of service coverage within all accounts
Establish rapport with decision makers, become their trusted training advisor
Identify client training needs and establish solutions to address those opportunities
Maintain customer information within the Doulos-provided customer relationship management systems
Develop and maintain account profiles for all key accounts and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the customers business needs, management structure, decision makers, and strategic training plans
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of inside sales experience
Prior experience in qualifying prospects and focusing on developing qualified leads through the sales pipeline to a successful close
Professional, friendly, engaging, and courteous phone manner
Clear understanding of business-to-business sales techniques.
Comfortable with calling upon prospects at all levels throughout the organization.
Demonstrated ability to penetrate and grow new account relationships.
Excellent written communication skills
Determination to achieve and/or exceed sales quota
Outstanding work ethic and n interest in electronics and the wider technology space
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling electronic components (e.g. microcontrollers)
Experience selling software or design services to semiconductor and electronics companies
Experience selling training services is a huge plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/quota targets
