Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hollywood, FL. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored product solutions. Candidates will assist in maintaining a welcoming showroom environment and collaborate with the team to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture customer relationships
• Sales aptitude and proficiency in customer engagement, consultative selling, and closing sales
• Knowledge of retail sales best practices and experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the home goods or wellness industry is a plus
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or related fields is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn about hot tubs and sauna products to provide expert recommendations
