Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced a highly motivated full-time inside salesperson with prior experience (a plus) in the electrical supplies and/or lighting sector. The position calls for aggressively prospecting and driving new business within our existing customer base in order to expand the companys distribution capability on a national level. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a proven sales background who is comfortable working independently, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary.

Our sales office is located in Doral, Miami.

Required:

Good communication skills

Electrical supply sector and/or lighting sales experience (B2C or B2B) is an asset

Inside/outside sales is an asset

Job Purpose:

Develop and manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new relationship with additional retail locations within existing accounts as well as create new accounts by calling on existing or potential sales outlets.

Assist in submitting orders by quoting and/or referring to price lists and product literature. You will use Salesforce CRM-based technology, which makes this a breeze.

Resolve customer returns and complaints by investigating problem, developing solutions such as product returns, exchanges, etc. Make recommendations to management.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
