Full description of the position

• Great and assist walk in customers in the showroom, assessing their needs( yard size, terrain, budget, intended use) and recommending suitable equipment.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and emails-converting them into sales by providing products info, quotes, and closing deals.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of features, benefits, specifications, maintenance requirement, and real-world applications for turf care and outdoor power tools.
• Explain equipment operations, safety, and attachments/accessories.
• Process sales transactions, write up orders, handle financing./ credit options, and coordinate delivery, setup. or pickup.
• Sell add-ons like parts, service contracts, extended warranties, blades, fuel/oil, protective gear, and seasonal promotions.
• Support related tasks such as looking up parts, writing service tickets, or assisting with basic assembly/adjustments.
• Assess customer needs through active listening and questioning( e.g., yard size, terrain, intended use, budget)
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding availability, pricing, parts lookup, and order status.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive showroom/display area; assist with merchandising, new product setup, and inventory stocking.
