Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Professional located in Baltimore County, MD. The primary responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to grow market share. The role involves building strong business networks, performing market research to identify trends, and delivering presentations to potential clients. Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company goals is also a key aspect of this position.

 Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Expertise in Market Research and Business Strategy to identify opportunities and develop growth plans
• Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Time Management and Organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles
• An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Baltimore Metro market is a plus
