Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Trainee: * Engage with customers, offering customized wireless solutions and guaranteeing their satisfaction. * Recognize and pursue sales opportunities by promoting specific products and services * Supervise customer accounts by making sure their expectations are surpassed and their needs are satisfied with the latest devices. * Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and addressing problems as soon as possible. * Promote new services and solutions based on the needs of each individual customer and offer product knowledge assistance. * Determine chances to cross-sell or upsell by determining what customers are looking for. Qualifications for the Customer Service Trainee: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or similar customer-facing roles. * Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to remain composed and solution-oriented when addressing challenging situations. * A positive attitude combined with a confident demeanor. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively. * A commitment to performance excellence and a continuous desire for self-improvement.
