Responsibilities The Service Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on amusement equipment to Theme Parks, Malls, and other Venues. As a Service Technician you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather. * Performs maintenance and preventive services for our mobility, locker, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, arcade machines, and other allied equipment * Responsible cash collection and deposits * Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records * Troubleshoots/Clean equipment and makes recommendations to clients * Completes parts order as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work * Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required * Follow company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned * Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance * Proficient in Microsoft Office products * Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions * Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays * Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment * Works independently with limited supervision * Travel may be required Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr #venuplushp
