Full Job Description Ethics - Professionalism - Accountability Our firm was founded on the belief that all workers can plan a financially- secure retirement - and avoid making costly mistakes - when they fully understand and use their benefit options. We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to the company's clients and have responsibility for providing administrative support to our Retirement Income Planners and ensuring client satisfaction. You will confirm and maintain calendars and appointments, maintain sales records and databases, communicate with clients and outside vendors. Your role will assist with capturing and recording data from various marketing campaigns. You will also become an expert on our strategies and the features of each. Through the knowledge of strategies and features you will assist our retirement income planners with consultations, reviews and presentations. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales administration or a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. You should also be proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Responsibilities we'll trust you with: * First contact with prospects and clients who are scheduling appointments with our practice. * On-time, voice and attitude ready Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm. Rotating Saturday mornings. About 1 Saturday every 5-6 weeks depending on staffing and client needs. * Confirm appointments via email, phone, or online platforms. * Qualify leads from phone and websites. * Become well-versed, through training, with ZOHO, Redtail/ Orion CRM. * Check data accuracy. * Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. * Liaise with the Retirement Income Planners to ensure communication and actions are appropriate. * Maintain and update sales and client records. * Develop monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance. * Communicate important feedback from clients internally and externally. * Stay up-to-date with new products and features. * Support Retirement Income Planners with appointments and on line applications. Your qualities and expertise: * Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment. * Ability to present and articulate information. * Maintain strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity. * Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator in a high-end/ high-touch/white-glove environment. * Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) * Understanding of sales performance metrics * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * A team player with a high level of dedication * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Knowledge of life insurance / disability insurance / financial planning is a plus. Our company will pay for the training and license. A clean background is necessary to obtain the license and we will perform the required background check.
