Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. The role will require you to follow up on warm leads, do outbound calling and support our lead gen team in creating qualified leads for our sales team . This position requires a proactive approach to sales along with the ability to leverage software tools such as Salesforce for effective lead management and reporting. Indicative Responsibilities * Lead Qualification Efficiency: * Qualify Advertising Leads:Respond quickly to inbound leads from ads which do not book. The buddy determines if the lead is genuinely interested and a fit for the product. Then schedule for the SASM if it's pitch-ready. * Take scheduled meetings from Advertising: Take the first calls with leads scheduled from advertising when the SASM asks you to. Qualify the prospect, tell them a little bit about the system and our programs to get them excited and then schedule them for the SASM. * Convert lead to opportunity in SF and ensure there are notes in SF/sheet * Measure by: * Number of active opportunities maintained in the pipeline. * Number of inbound leads qualified and scheduled for SASM meetings. * Percentage of leads that progress from initial contact to scheduled meetings. * Re-engagement activity * Re-Activate Aged Leads: Call and follow up with older leads who haven't yet converted. The goal is to re-engage and try to book them on the SASM calendar. * Revive Closed Lost Opportunities: Go back through previously lost opportunities to see if interest has returned or circumstances have changed. * Re-Book No-Shows: If a client misses a meeting, be proactive in reaching out and finding a new time. * Measures: * Number of aged leads reactivated and booked for meetings. * Success rate of reviving lost opportunities.
