Cypress Door & Glass LLC is seeking a Commercial Door Technician / Automatic Door Technician to join our growing team. Interested candidates are encouraged to watch our recruitment video before applying: [please apply online] Key Responsibilities: * Work independently to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and identify required parts * Diagnose, repair, and service commercial pedestrian doors * Install hollow metal doors and frames (after training) * Service and install automatic sliding doors and automatic swinging doors * Replace and install commercial glass, storefront glass, and door glass * Install belt-driven motors, sensors, operators, and automatic door components * Repair and replace door hinges, closers, locks, panic bars, and exit devices * Work on aluminum, steel, and wood commercial doors * Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, and after-hours repairs What We Offer: * Paid in-house training and continuing education * Performance incentives and bonus opportunities * After-hours service bonuses * Take-home service van * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (company contribution) * Tool and phone allowances * Opportunities for travel, promotion, and long-term career growth * Supportive, team-oriented, growth-focused work environment Requirements: * Valid Driver 's License (required) * Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently * Experience with commercial doors, automatic doors, glass installation, or low-voltage systems preferred (training provided) * Veterans encouraged to apply (not required) Cypress Door & Glass LLC is a veteran-owned commercial door and glass company providing sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
