Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with jewelry industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate understands fine jewelry products , customer expectations in a luxury environment, and is committed to creating a positive and seamless customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. * Assist clients with detailed product information, order processing, repairs, and service-related questions, with a strong understanding of jewelry terminology and materials. * Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback, order status, and service satisfaction. * Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in the company database. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products, collections, and company policies to ensure accurate guidance. * Identify sales and upselling opportunities while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience in customer service within the jewelry or luxury retail industry is required. * Proven background in customer support or client-facing roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. * Familiarity with call center environments and customer service best practices. * Ability to perform outbound calls confidently while maintaining a warm, professional tone. * Strong typing and data entry skills for accurate documentation. * Effective problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset. * Proactive, sales-aware attitude while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
