Superior Fence & Rail - Central & South NJ MUST LIVE IN OR WITHIN 15 MINTUES OF MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ. NO OUT OF STATE OR NORTH JERSEY APPLICANTS PLEASE. Superior Fence & Rail is hiring Entry-Level Fence Sales Consultants who are coachable, energetic, and great with people. If you've worked in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role , this is your chance to transition into a high-earning sales career -- no prior sales experience required! What You 'll Do:

• Attend up to 5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (no cold calling or door-to-door)
• Learn our products and sales process through paid training
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to close deals
• Represent Superior Fence & Rail with professionalism and positivity What We Offer:
• Average annual compensation: $60,000 to $120,000

Qualifications

:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (food service, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and email
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
