Position Summary We're looking for a Lead Driver to take the wheel in coordinating our delivery operations across the greater area. In this role, you'll lead by example, ensure efficiency, and keep everything moving forward--literally. What You 'll Do * Supervise and coordinate drivers to guarantee on-time, efficient deliveries. * Optimize routes and maintain constant communication with your team. * Deliver exceptional customer service every time. * Train new drivers on policies, procedures, and best practices. * Oversee vehicle safety and maintenance compliance. * Partner with sales teams to keep delivery schedules aligned with customer needs. * Represent The Home Doctor 's values of quality, reliability, and professionalism. What We 're Looking For * Proven leadership experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation. * Strong customer service focus --you know how to keep clients happy. * Clear and effective communication and team leadership skills. * Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly. * Familiarity with local delivery routes (preferred). * Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (a plus). * Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and leadership duties.
