This position is ideal for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in a dealership BDC, call center, customer service role. The right candidate will support both sales and service operations while delivering the high level of care Subaru customers expect. Key Responsibilities BDC Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online leads in a professional manner * Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments * Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system * Conduct follow-up calls to support customer retention and appointment show rates * Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience * Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals Cashier Responsibilities: * Process customer payments for service, parts, and sales transactions * Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate financial records * Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately * Provide friendly, professional service at the cashier counter * Assist with front-office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications : * Minimum of 2 years experience in a dealership BDC, call center, or customer service role * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills * Experience handling cash and financial transactions * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment * Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications * Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor What We Offer: * Opportunity for growth within the dealership * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Employee benefits package- Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, Employee Discount, Paid days off, Christmas Bonus How to Apply: Only resumes submitted through Indeed will be accepted.
