What You 'll Do * Engage Homeowners: Approach customers and event attendees with confidence, introduce our products, and create interest in scheduling in-home consultations. * Generate Leads: Collect accurate contact details and qualify interest for our design and sales teams. * Represent the Brand: Maintain a positive, professional attitude that reflects our family-owned values. * Own the Energy: Keep kiosks and event spaces organized, eye-catching, and compliant with retail and event guidelines. * Be Reliable: Show up early, stay sharp, and bring consistent effort every shift; your success depends on it. Must-Have Qualifications * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past 7 years). * Weekend and evening availability for events and show shifts. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy talking to people. * 1+ years of experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotional marketing (Brand Ambassador experience a plus). * Must live within commutable distance to Littleton, CO.
