ARDMS Breast Sonographer: Job Summary HerScan is seeking experienced, ARDMS certified sonographers (breast certification a plus) to join our mobile imaging team in the San Francisco, San Jose and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated professionals who thrive working independently and take pride in owning their work. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing your own mobile territory and delivering top-quality care to our patients in a fast- paced, mission-driven environment. Requires some travel. We're seeking professionals who: * Are highly skilled in breast ultrasound and confident working autonomously * Take full ownership of their work and territory * Communicate well with both patients and clinical teams * Are dependable, organized, and focused on quality * Enjoy delivering compassionate care in a mobile, patient-centered setting Key Responsibilities * Perform high-quality breast ultrasound scans according to HerScan protocols * Identify and document visible abnormalities clearly and accurately * Ensure each study meets technical and clinical standards for interpretation by Board Certified Radiologists * Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment proficiently * Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to clients * Communicate professionally with HerScan staff, radiologists, and facility partners * Manage your assigned mobile territory, including daily equipment cleaning, setup and client coordination Qualifications * Active ARDMS ; breast certification a plus * Minimum 3 years of experience specializing in breast ultrasound * Current BLS certification * Compliant with CME requirements for Breast Ultrasound * Reliable transportation (travel within region required; mileage reimbursement provided) * Comfortable working independently with limited direct supervision Must have reliable transportation.
