Werner Aero, LLC a global leader in the supply of aircraft engines, spare parts and various consulting services to aviation industry, seeks a junior QA inspector for its headquarters in Mahwah, NJ. DESCRIPTION * Ensure that all suppliers meet quality control requirements. * Ensure that all items sold to or sold by Werner Aero meet company quality control requirements. * Ensure that all items being received by and shipped from Werner Aero meet customer requirements, including complete visual inspection of all incoming parts and materials. * Maintain qualification as Quality Control Inspector and Internal Auditor. * Perform inventory audits as needed. * Assist sales team with customers inquires. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organize and handle drop shipments. EXPERIENCE Must be able to speak, read and write in English. * Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to take initiative and take responsibility/accountability. * Ability to work without supervision and within established procedures and guidelines. Ability to handle multiple tasks, sometimes under pressured deadlines. * Basic computer skills helpful; familiarity with inventory and shipping software a plus. * Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
