Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with various store operations. Your ability to engage with customers and create a positive shopping experience is essential to our success. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. * Demonstrate product knowledge and promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring that merchandise displays are well-stocked. * Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and register operations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
