Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily airport operation runs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Oversee and coordinate team activities to create a safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operation. Job Duties: * Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation. * Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required. * Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties. * Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station. * Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members. * Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. * Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity. * Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. * Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards. * Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED. * Possess a valid Driver's License. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. * Supervisory experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: * Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry. Security License: * Must have valid Security Guard Card. Physical requirements: * Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend. Working conditions: * Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime. * Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
