Sales Associate (Full Time/ Part Time) About Us Team Car Wash Sales Associate Are you a tenacious, driven sales associate? Are you friendly and outgoing? A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. The Ideal Candidate: * Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash * Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements. * Sets a positive example promoting teamwork. * Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
