Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our administrative and data management needs. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, familiarity with databases and ERP systems, and excellent organizational abilities to contribute effectively to our team's operations. SCHEDULE: Monday- Thursday: 8am- 5pm Friday: 7am- 4:30pm STARTING PAY : $18.25/hourly This position is in zip code area 95828 , please look it up, prior to applying to Ad Duties & Responsibilities: * Must be able to manage multiple phone lines. * Data entry/ 40 WPM * Provide quality customer service support for all customers by expediting material orders. * Process and review customer orders. * Communicate professionally with customers, both internal and external, regarding product and product questions, orders and potential orders. * Support the order process by professionally communicating with the customer, outside sales, production personnel, and expediting.
