As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll be a crucial part of our community outreach, engaging with homeowners and offering them free, no-obligation quotes for our services. What You'll Do * Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. * Conduct door-to-door community outreach to engage with homeowners by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes. * Meet or exceed goals of 50 leads a week that convert to at least 3 sales per week. * Work independently while contributing to a competitive and collaborative team environment. * Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Educate homeowners on eco-friendly lawn care practices and integrated pest management. * This role is a direct path to a promotion! Top performers have the chance to join our lawn care production team in the Spring of 2026. What We're Looking For * A professional appearance and demeanor. * Reliable transportation to get to and from work. * Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic. * This job requires being outdoors in all weather conditions and walking up to 10 miles a day or more. * Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly approach. * The ability to work 40+ hours per week.
