You will work directly with business clients to understand their connectivity needs, deliver tailored solutions, and be a key part of expanding AT&T's local market presence. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist * Build professional relationships with business clients to identify their specific telecommunications needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions. * Apply learned consultative sales techniques to effectively guide clients through service options and the enrollment process. * Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all client interactions, service proposals, and sales outcomes. * Collaborate with senior sales staff and managers to contribute to the development of strategic outreach plans for business accounts. * Work to consistently meet or exceed established performance goals for sales, customer satisfaction, and account growth. * Provide constructive feedback and market insights to senior leadership to help strengthen sales strategies and campaign effectiveness for AT&T Fiber. Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Specialist * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. * 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present fiber-optic solutions professionally to small and mid-sized business clients. * Goal-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team-based sales initiatives. * Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile-based sales applications.
