Our mission is to connect individual customers with cutting-edge telecommunication services by AT&T. The services we provide range from wireless, TV, and internet. Through our Junior Sales Associate personalization and expert-driven solutions we have been able to connect with customers and leave a positive experience. In this Junior Sales Associate position we provide training and a clear path for advancement, regardless of whether you are just starting out in your career or searching for a new opportunity. The Junior Sales Associate will include a dive into AT&T product knowledge, role responsibilities, and how to create a superior customer experience. Junior Sales Associate - AT &T Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers, explain available services, and complete enrollments * Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable plans and products * Manage accounts, provide order details, and ensure accurate follow-up * Guide customers through the entire sales and enrollment process * Stay current on promotions, pricing, and service updates * Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and identify new opportunities Junior Sales Associate - AT &T Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, retail, general labor, enrollment, hospitality, or customer service is a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities * The ability to collaborate with customers and offer solutions * Train with team members to further gain knowledge in products and services * Capacity to function, both individually and collaboratively * Detail oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
