Sales Representative - Broward, FL Blue Coast Multifamily Drive Results. Build Relationships. Grow With Us. Do you love sales and enjoy creating strong client partnerships? We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team in Broward. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, competitive, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll be focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and representing our company as a trusted partner in the property services industry. Compensation &Work Environment * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $120,000 per year * Base Salary: Starting at $62,000+ * Commission: Uncapped, based on performance * Car Allowance & Vehicle Support: Company car provided, plus assistance with maintenance and related expenses. * Work Setup: Field-based/remote role with regular travel across Broward County What You'll Do * Generate new business by visiting properties, networking, and following up on leads. * Build long-term client relationships and help them find the right services for their needs. * Promote our full range of property solutions and explain the value they bring. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience. * Represent the company at local industry events and trade shows. What We're Looking For * 2+ years on the Multifamily Industry (property services, construction, or similar preferred). * Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. * Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Palm Beach County.
