Learn more about Heraeus Group at [please apply online] The following challenges await you: * Identify targets and executing selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice. * Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices. * Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities. * Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers. * Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines * Demonstrate an understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge. * Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws. * Assist with training field Area Managers, professional education and mentorship roles as needed * Other duties as assigned. Your Profile: * BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required * 5+ years of experience in wound care field with progressive responsible positions and 5+ years in medical sales required * 5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred * O.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience required * Experience with skin substitutes preferred * Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What are your salary requirements?
