In response to the increasing demand for our services and to maintain the high level of client satisfaction we are known for, we are hiring an additional entry-level Cellular Sales Associate to bolster our capacity! This Cellular Sales Associate position is entry-level, so no prior experience is required. You bring the drive to learn- we provide the training! Our Cellular Sales Associate has the opportunity to shadow our senior account associates to learn the fundamentals of sales practices, including engaging with customers, contract negotiation, and closing deals. We strive to make our Cellular Sales Associate experts in our cellular products offered and services to guarantee customer success. Responsibilities of the Cellular Sales Associate: * Working solely with new and existing customers to manage their either previous accounts or new accounts and access an estimate on cellular services * Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our client's services * Provide resolution to customer inquiries by having an in-depth understanding of products, services, and devices offered by clients * Gather feedback from customers to improve the overall customer experience * Ability to connect with customers to tailor solutions that meet their wireless desires, allowing them to have an unmatched communication plan * Accurately track and document customer wireless sales and accounts to keep customer information confidential and ensure they receive their device Ideal Qualities of a Cellular Sales Associate: * Experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, or similar fields is ideal * Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and manage accounts * Proficiency in with technology services * Bilingual is a plus to work with our diverse customer base * Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable time management * A positive attitude and a strong sense of resilience * Ability to commute daily to our onsite office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
