Job Description: Joining our team as a Franchise Sales Representative offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand while advancing your career in franchise sales. Responsibilities: * Execute the sales process in the area of focus and meet the assigned goal. * Make calls to prospects entering the system to sell a Del Toro Franchise. * Study the profile of candidates before scheduling "In-Person" interviews. * Manage databases to identify potential clients in their area of focus. Carry out cross-selling with clients who have already purchased policies by implementing email campaigns. * Monitor the execution of the sales process while maintaining control over timelines. * Research the market in the area of focus. Propose different actions based on market characteristics. * Update the Soffront System according to the progress or need for follow-up of each process. * Evaluate the brand impact within the area of focus.
