We have partnered with premier telecommunications companies to assist with driving sales, enhance customer engagement, and expand their customer base. Our Sales and Customer Service Trainee team thrives on our team-based environment, therefore, we are in need of someone who is motivated to contribute to the Sales and Customer Service Trainee team and help our business flourish by attending company-wide training, staying current on industry trends, and continuing to participate in all of our continuous training courses! Sales and Customer Service Trainee Essential Duties: * Interact directly with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about our client's services and sales products * Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help businesses succeed * Educate customers on sales promotions, products, and brand benefits that best fit their needs, and provide support from initial contact through the final sales process. * Learn leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship * Participate in daily meetings with senior Sales and Customer Service Trainee leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities * Help track and analyze with the Sales and Customer Service Trainee team customer interactions and sales performance Desired Experience and Qualifications For The Sales and Customer Service Trainee : * Previous experience preferred in the customer service, marketing, and/or sales industry * An Associate's and/ or Bachelor's degree preferred from a related field * Excellent interpersonal skills within a team & with customers * A desire to grow into leadership and sales management roles * An unmatched sense of optimism and resilience * A passion for sales, customer service, and professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location: In person
