• Help customers and contractors at the inside counter answer questions, find solutions
• Build and fulfill orders using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Take phone orders and coordinate deliveries
• Recommend products, help locate inventory, and assist with loading as needed
• Support inventory control keep things accurate and organized
• Prepare simple estimates for material lists or small projects
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed we're a team, not a silo What we're looking for
• Valid Wisconsin driver 's license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to read and understand invoices, packing slips, and shipping/receiving paperwork
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking and coordinating with customers, contractors, and teammates
• Basic computer and calculator proficiency
• Ability to lift and carry 20 -100 lbs. at times
• CDL not required but preference given to applicants with a CDL Pay and schedule
