Job Summary The Parts Sales Coordinator utilizes strong communications skills to assist GOMACO dealers and customers with ordering and shipping of parts orders. This position will work with other departments to ensure proper order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer parts orders via phone, fax and e-mail * Provide parts quotes for customers * Assist GOMACO dealers and customers with researching of parts as needed * Ensuring all parts required have been ordered * Coordinate with production control and purchasing to facilitate order timelines * Provide order progress and shipping information as needed Qualifications: * Strong communications and organizational skills * Customer focused workstyle * Ability to adapt to shifting work priorities * High attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently * Ability to work with deadlines * Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with domestic and international dealers and customers * Strong computer skills * Ability to comprehend, retain and complete assigned duties and instructions Physical Requirements: * Not applicable Work Environment: * Office setting.
