Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

: Insurance Agent - Service and sale various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies - Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative

Requirements

: - Proven experience in insurance customer service or sales or a similar customer-facing role - Market knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in benefits administration and explaining policy details to clients - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
