Sales Associate - Chuck's Auto Salvage We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help us continue growing our customer base and increasing revenue while keeping our company competitive, efficient, and customer-focused. This role is hands-on and fast- paced--you'll be working directly with walk-in customers, phone orders, wholesale accounts, and assisting with our growing e-commerce operation. Key Responsibilities * Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed monthly targets * Assist retail customers in person, over the phone, and online * Process orders using our point-of-sale system and ensure timely fulfillment * Work directly with wholesale clients to build and maintain strong relationships * Help customers navigate automotive issues and find the correct parts or solutions * Support and collaborate with staff to keep workflow smooth and efficient * Provide feedback on sales trends, customer needs, and process improvements Required Skills & Experience * Experience using Powerlink (or a similar automotive POS/inventory system) * Successful previous experience in automotive parts sales * Strong multitasking ability and highly effective time management * Proven ability to drive sales and close deals * Excellent communication skills with customers and team members * Strong business sense and industry knowledge * Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, training, seminars, etc. * Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members About Chuck 's Auto Salvage Chuck's Auto Salvage is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive recycling company.
