Sales Associate - Chuck's Auto Salvage We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help us continue growing our customer base and increasing revenue while keeping our company competitive, efficient, and customer-focused. This role is hands-on and fast- paced--you'll be working directly with walk-in customers, phone orders, wholesale accounts, and assisting with our growing e-commerce operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Assist retail customers in person, over the phone, and online
• Process orders using our point-of-sale system and ensure timely fulfillment
• Work directly with wholesale clients to build and maintain strong relationships
• Help customers navigate automotive issues and find the correct parts or solutions
• Support and collaborate with staff to keep workflow smooth and efficient
• Provide feedback on sales trends, customer needs, and process improvements Required Skills & Experience
• Experience using Powerlink (or a similar automotive POS/inventory system)
• Successful previous experience in automotive parts sales
• Strong multitasking ability and highly effective time management
• Proven ability to drive sales and close deals
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Strong business sense and industry knowledge
• Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, training, seminars, etc.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
