Responsibilities

:

• Sell industry leading furniture and promote our Free In-Home Design program
• Provide exceptional service using excellent listening skills and being responsive to client needs while providing solutions aligned with the client's preferences and budgetary limitations
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales floor
• Build rapport with customers
• Exceed monthly sales goals
• This role requires candidates to work weekends and holidays as these are our largest sales days
• Participate in company training and functions
• Maintain the integrity of the showroom

Qualifications

:

• Minimum: Two years sales experience or One year of customer facing role
• Competitive spirit
• Passion for selling
• Communication and problem-solving skills
