Responsibilities of Insurance Processor * Meet with prospective clients in person, phone, or virtual * Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues * Establish relationships with prospects via networking, cold calling, social media efforts, and referrals * Use lead lists to support agency sales efforts * Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies * Create and implement marketing strategies * Compete and win clients from other insurance companies * Educate and recommend insurance based on our client's needs * Provide claim assistance to clients * Be a "Good Neighbor" throughout our community by participating in activities and events year long * Have a great time with a winning attitude! Qualifications for Insurance Processor * Must have or willing to obtain an insurance license(s) in Georgia Property & Casualty * Ability to pass a background check * Proficient in computers * Demonstrate great customer service skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills * Above average analytical skills to determine prospective client needs *Mike Holland is an independent contractor agent for State Farm Insurance Companies.
