Senior HVAC Comfort Advisor - Top Producer Opportunity Comfy Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned, quality-driven residential HVAC company serving the East Bay. We are selectively hiring one experienced, high-performing Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role is not entry-level and is not for order takers. We are looking for a professional who knows how to run a structured in-home sales process and close consistently. What You 'll Be Responsible For * In-home residential HVAC replacement sales * Running professional, structured sales calls (not pressure tactics) * Designing systems that install cleanly and pass inspection * Coordinating closely with installation for smooth job execution * Delivering a 5-star customer experience from first visit through install Requirements (Please Read Carefully) * 3+ years residential HVAC sales experience required * Proven track record of performance (you will be asked about closing rate and average ticket) * Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and premium solutions * Clean driving record * Professional appearance and communication skills What We Offer * $175K -$300K+ earning potential for top performers * Strong inbound lead flow (no cold calling) * Supportive install and operations team * Locally owned company -- not private-equity driven * Clear expectations, accountability, and long-term opportunity Important This role is intended for experienced, high-performing Comfort Advisors only.
