Entry Level Manager Responsibilities: * Pinpoint customer concerns by actively listening to their desired needs and providing a solution * Communicate the value and benefits of our services, promotions, and products * Enroll businesses in sales orders as requested during interaction * Maintain updated customer information at all times * Follow all standards and company policies while interacting with customers and team members * Work efficiently with fellow Entry Level Manager team to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales goals * Learn the ins and outs of the business to increase skills in this role and develop new leadership abilities * Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas during staff meetings to upper management for discussion and implementation Entry Level Manager Qualifications: * Experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or customer focused role * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, meeting customer demands * Experience with time management for effective results * Solution oriented * Excellent active listening and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service at all times * A self-motivated and determined individual with a desire to succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
