About Tradecorp Tradecorp Container Sales & Rental is a global container solutions provider with over 35 years of industry experience and operations across the United States, Australia, and Asia. In the U.S., we specialize in the sale and rental of shipping containers, container offices, and modified container solutions for commercial, construction, industrial, and retail customers. Our retail and e-commerce channels generate a high volume of inbound inquiries, and we are seeking a sales professional who can efficiently manage leads, qualify customers, and close deals for our Miami Office. Position Overview The Sales Consultant is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries and supporting online sales activity across digital platforms. This role focuses on converting inbound demand into completed sales through responsive communication, accurate quoting, and professional follow-up. This is a transactional, fast-paced sales role suited to someone who enjoys volume, closing deals, and working with warm leads. Key Responsibilities Inbound Retail Sales * Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, website, and online marketplaces * Qualify customer needs (container type, size, condition, delivery location, timing) * Prepare and issue sales quotes using company templates * Follow up on open quotes and progress deals to close * Maintain accurate customer and deal records E-Commerce & Digital Sales Support * Manage inquiries generated from e-commerce platforms (website, Facebook, Marketplace, etc.) * Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and lead responses * Ensure online listings reflect current inventory, pricing, and availability * Work with management to improve conversion rates and lead quality Order & Delivery Coordination * Liaise with internal operations to confirm availability and delivery requirements * Ensure customers understand delivery, payment terms, and inspection requirements * Support smooth handover from sale to delivery Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience in retail, inside sales, or inbound sales roles * Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound leads * Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills * Confident closing sales without heavy discounting * Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven * Proficient with CRM systems, email, and basic office software Essential * Experience selling physical products, equipment, or rentals * Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, Meta ads, or online lead platforms * Experience with quoting systems or structured sales templates * Knowledge of logistics, delivery coordination, or B2B customers Personal Attributes We Value * Responsive and reliable * Commercially minded and results-driven * Comfortable working in a small team environment * Professional and customer-focused * Able to work independently while following structured processes Compensation * Base salary + commission structure * Commission paid on closed sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
