Partner Relationship Manager: Chetu is seeking a full-time Partner Relationship Manager to lead, manage, and scale both Strategic Technology Partnerships and Channel Partnerships. This role owns relationships with enterprise technology partners (including CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM, Cloud, Data Management, and AI platforms) as well as third-party channel partners that drive lead referrals and position Chetu's services as a complementary offering. The Partner Relationship Manager will manage a team of Partner Relationship Executives and Channel Partner Managers while driving joint go-to-market success, pipeline growth, implementation services, and managed services revenue through ecosystem-led collaboration. Compensation Structure: Compensation packages range from $77,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Position Description: * Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of Partner Relationship Executives and Channel Partner Managers. * Establish team goals, KPIs, performance metrics, and development plans to drive accountability, pipeline growth, and partner success. Strategic Technology Partnerships * Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise platform partners such as CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM, Cloud, Data Management, and AI platforms. * Define and execute partner engagement strategies aligned with company growth objectives and service offerings. * Act as the primary point of contact for partner alliance managers and regional partner teams. * Manage partner tiers, certifications, competencies, and program compliance requirements. Channel Partnerships (Lead Referrals & Complementary Services) * Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners including consulting firms, agencies, ISVs, MSPs, and boutique service providers. * Develop referral-based and complementary service partnerships where partners introduce qualified leads and position Chetu's services accordingly. * Define partnership models including referral agreements, revenue-sharing structures, and co-delivery frameworks. * Enable channel partners with service offerings, value propositions, case studies, and sales and marketing collateral. * Establish lead qualification, referral tracking, attribution, and deal registration processes in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. * Build long-term, trust-based partner relationships to create a consistent and scalable referral pipeline. Go-To-Market & Revenue Enablement * Drive joint go-to-market initiatives including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner-led opportunities. * Work closely with Sales to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. * Participate in joint account planning and support partner involvement throughout the sales cycle. * Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue generated through strategic and channel partners. Delivery, Capability & Cross-Functional Alignment * Collaborate with Operations and Delivery teams to align partner offerings with implementation and managed services capabilities. * Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on partner demand and evolving customer needs. * Ensure internal teams meet certification, training, and capability requirements required to support partner solutions. Marketing & Performance Management * Coordinate joint marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and content with strategic and channel partners. * Leverage partner marketing programs and co-branded assets to generate demand. * Define, track, and report on KPIs including partner health, referrals, pipeline, revenue, conversion, and ROI. * Conduct regular partner business reviews, planning sessions, and executive check-ins. * Provide senior leadership with insights, performance reports, and growth recommendations. * Represent Chetu at partner conferences, summits, and industry events as a senior brand ambassador. * Work closely with executive leadership to align partnership initiatives with organizational strategy and long-term growth goals. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required. * 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Channel Partnerships within IT services or software organizations. * Prior experience managing and leading partner-facing or revenue-focused teams. * Proven success building referral-based and complementary service partnerships. * Strong understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and services-led GTM models. * Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. * Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. * Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or proprietary tools). * Self-starter with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Technology or SaaS industry experience preferred. * Bilingual Spanish is a plus. * Willing to travel 35 -50% for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
