Did you just get your real estate license in Oregon? Or, are you working as an agent on a big team and don't think your real estate career is getting anywhere? If so, please read further.... As a Realtor, one of my greatest sources of satisfaction has been seeing my two previous mentees shine in their careers. Entering 2026, I am looking for one or two special individuals, mentoring them to become effective, thoughtful, and ethical Realtors. Here's how it works: - You bring your own will to succeed (and, hopefully, your own natural potential client base) - I teach you how to work IN the business (working with Clients) and ON the business (creating the structures to work effectively and to have future business) - I pay for your brokerage fees for a year at Dwell Realty (where I hold my license) - You split your first few commissions with me as compensation for my time and to recoup the cost of your brokerage fees - After at least 6 months but no more than a year, we meet to discuss whether you feel you're ready to "fly" on your own What I'm looking for: * Someone who lives and breathes client advocacy & customer service * Someone with a natural "tribe" of potential clients (For example, maybe you just naturally have a large group of friends starting to think about buying a home, or maybe you know everyone at your kid's school, or maybe you have a hobby where you know everyone involved) * Background in one or more of the following: Construction, Design, Marketing, Personal Finance, Business Development, Psychology (but NOT sales - Despite what you've heard being a Realtor is not a career in sales!) * Polished oral and written communication skills * Oregon real estate license a 99.9% must (only someone super special will be considered without one) How To Apply: 1) Email me at [please apply online] with 3 sentences describing why you're a good fit. 2) Attach your resume in PDF format 3) Read #1 and #2 carefully Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Portland, OR 97213
