Insurance Producer We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our fast paced sales team! You will be responsible for juggling between new hot leads and renewal re-quotes to expand the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is the perfect position for an experienced producer eager to learn and gain the necessary skills to move up the ladder within our organization. Responsibilities: * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Track and identify areas of improvement Qualifications/Requirements: * 3 + Years insurance sales experience, customer service, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Bilingual - English and Spanish * NJ P &C Licenses (NJ,PA, and NY P&C Licensees preferred; Life licenses is a plus) Benefits: * Paid time off * Health Insurance * Dental * Vision * 401k Matching Compensation: * Base Salary: $47,000 - $55,000 * Competitive Commission Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Auto & Home Insurance Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * English & Spanish (Required) License/Certification: * NJ Property & Casualty Producer License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Old Tappan, NJ 07675 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Old Tappan, NJ 07675: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
