Business Development Representative - Mental Health and Substance Abuse Location:Miami (Remote with Local Travel) Company: Recovery Unplugged About Us: Recovery Unplugged is a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare organization, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While we are widely known for our innovative substance use and mental health treatment programs. We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative based inthe Miami area to help build awareness, create partnerships, and grow our m ental health and substance abuse facilities. This is a remote position with regular travel throughout your region. Key Responsibilities: * Promote Recovery Unplugged's treatment programs in your assigned territory * Identify and build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations * Conduct outreach, presentations, and networking to develop qualified leads * Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential partners and clients * Track and report on outreach activity, progress, and market trends * Serve as a local representative and advocate for ourservices * Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategy * Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of trends and opportunities Requirements: * 2+ years of business development, outreach, or sales experience preferred (Behavioral health or mental health industry experience is a plus but not required) * Must reside in the Miami area * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally * Strong communication and presentation skills * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Passion for helping individuals living with mental health and substance abuse challenged What We Offer: * Competitive compensation * Opportunity to grow with a nationally respected behavioral healthcare organization * Make a real impact in the mental health space * Supportive and mission-driven company culture Apply today and help us bring compassionate, life-changing care to more people in Floria.
