Our success has created a new position on our sales team, and we are searching for the right highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As a team member, your primary role will be to gain new customers, retain current customers and increase our market share. Responsibilities: * Retain current book of business with timely phone calls * Solicit, collect, and process payments (for installments, renewals, new policies, and fees from other services) * Create a positive experience for all customers and prospective customers by (including but not limited to): greeting customers, taking payments, answering inbound calls, processing policy changes, etc. * Provide an outstanding customer service by evaluating incoming renewals and re-quoting (per company guidelines) * Work as team player to accomplish goals by using standard operating practices * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day * Comply with all company policies and procedures * Quote and Bind Personal Lines Policies as auto, home and renters insurance * Schedule Monday to Saturday, one weekday off. 40hrs a week Requirements: * Must have an Insurance License or apply for one in 90 days. * Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English) * 1 year of independent insurance agent experience * High School or equivalent * GPA of 3.0 or higher * 2 year of customer service experience * Notary Public Appointment* with potential for company sponsored appointment after 90 days * Income Tax Preparation Experience a plus. * Impeccable Attendance * Team player * Coachable * Goal oriented * Basic computer skills (web browsing, word processing, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.) * Passion for great customer service * Responsible and self-motivated Benefits * Base Hourly Pay: $17 - $20+ (depending on qualifications) + Commissions/Bonuses * Paid Holidays (6): New Year's Day / Memorial Day /Fourth of July / Labor Day / Thanksgiving Day /Christmas Day * PTO accrued up to 40 hrs in 1st Year * $350 dollars one time bonus after first 1000 working hours Speed Insurance was founded in 2015, and is backed by 13+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty business. *Per License qualifications/authority.
