Job Description Position Title: Field Marketing Representative Reports To: Director of Sales Paid Training - Full Time up to $500 Weekly PURPOSE: A Field Marketing Representative will engage tourist and offer deeply discounted attraction tickets in exchange for attending a 90 -120-minute presentation to learn about our vacation Club program. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Approach tourist and ask discovery questions to determine their reason for visiting Sedona * Properly qualify guest for the presentation. * Invite guest to attend a 90-120-minute presentation to learn about our vacation Club program. * Overcome objections * Work outdoors and indoors. * All other duties as assigned. General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience: * High School diploma/GED referred. * Maintain a performance criterion that is measured by monthly sales reports. * No Experience Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: * Maintain a high level of professionalism. * Excellent customer services skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Flexible schedule Shift: Weekends and holidays are required * Regular Hours and Weekend Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personConfidential
