Key Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings * Conduct system inspections and perform preventative maintenance * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC equipment * Clean and replace filters, belts, and other system components * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams * Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and Triad's quality standards * Maintain accurate service records and complete reports * Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers * Participate in on-call rotations and emergency service as needed Qualifications: * Valid Journeyman HVAC License * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license with clean record * 4+ years of HVAC/R service experience preferred * Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC/R systems * Ablilty lift 50+lbs, climb, work on heights, work in tight spaces, work in various weather conditions * Comfortable working independently or with a team * Ability to work at consistent pace to complete multiple service appointments daily * Strong understanding of building codes and mechanical regulations * Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus * Experience with boiler operations and maintenance is preferred Benefits: * IRA Retirement Program with employer match * Weekly pay cycle * Overtime potential + Project Completion Bonuses * Quarterly Bonuses and Pay for Performance * Fun Sales Contests for additional earning potential * Referral Bonus Program * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance * Paid Time Off including holidays, sick days, and vacation * Paid Training & Apprenticeship Programs * Mentor Training & Tool Replacement Program * Company Service Van - Take Home! * Monthly perks (gift cards, electronics, luxury trips) Work Schedule: * Full-Time, Monday to Friday. * On-call rotations and emergency service rotation (with extra earning potential) Work Location: * Based in the Great Tulsa area--applicants must be local or have clear relocation plans.
