Tech-savvy individuals willing to adapt to modern systems. Responsibilities: Promptly follow up with inbound leads and efficiently schedule showings. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to assess needs and build trust. Guide clients through transactions from offer to close. Stay informed about local market trends and community developments. Maintain CRM and lead activity with updated notes and client progress. Qualifications: Active Georgia real estate license (or currently in process). Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and time management skills. Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM systems.
