We 're looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Representative to join Montecarlo & Bullhide Hats -- one of the top Western hat brands in the U.S. If you love traveling, meeting people, and closing deals, this is your next adventure. What You 'll Do: 1. Travel 60-70% of the time across a 23-state territory; when not traveling, the role is based at our Pembroke Pines, FL headquarters. 2. Visit Western stores and present new collections using samples. 3. Build relationships with buyers and open new accounts. 4. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 5. Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated weekly. 6. Participate in U.S. tradeshows. 7. When not traveling, work from our Pembroke Pines, FL office, supporting sales planning, follow-ups, and account management. What We 're Looking For: 1. Able to work from our Pembroke Pines, FL -office HQ- when not traveling. 2. English speaker (Native )+(Spanish is a plus). 3. Experience selling physical products (retail or wholesale). 4. Strong communicator, proactive, goal-driven. 5. Valid driver's license + comfortable traveling often.
