Full description of the position

We are seeking a licensed insurance agent or a driven individual interested in becoming a licensed insurance professional. We believe in supporting our local community and building long-term relationships , not just selling policies. This role is ideal for someone whos values align with ours, and someone who is interested in growing a career in the insurance and financial services industry. If you are not currently licensed, we are willing to support the right candidate through the licensing process , including training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients
• Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance
• Quote, bind, and service insurance policies
• Identify cross-sell and coverage improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to learn insurance products and regulations
• Basic computer and office software skills Preferred (but not required):
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
• Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience
• Licensing & Training
• Licensed candidates may begin servicing and selling immediately
• Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain required state insurance licenses within a specified timeframe
• We provide training, study support, and ongoing coaching
