What You 'll Be Doing You'll build and maintain a strong network of contacts within commercial roofing and construction, generating your own leads and actively growing a pipeline of opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with operations and estimating teams to ensure projects meet client expectations, while maintaining lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. • Proven success in outside sales, preferably in roofing or construction
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable generating leads independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
