Sales Representative We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage sales within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business relationships, expanding existing accounts, and representing our brand in the local market. Key Responsibilities * Market and sell solutions to businesses within an assigned territory * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting (cold calls) * Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand workforce needs * Present pricing, service options, and contract terms clearly and professionally * Follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction and account growth Requirements * Minimum of 6 months of outside business-to-business sales experience * Strong knowledge of the Rochester market and surrounding areas * Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation * Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills This internal opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented professional looking to grow their sales career.
